I dropped by the old yard where the fill dirt for my yard came from.
Only about half the yard is huntable as there is a new concrete pad and a bunch of new gravel, there is also a big pile of old concrete and junk taking up a bit of real estate.
No silver but I did find a penny and a ring


Cleaned up, the 14K ring is small but I dont think its a childs ring, must be for a small woman


I was using my modded Treasure Baron with the small 5.5" coil, I was using just enough disc to knock out the millions of nails. I tested the ring on my CZ5 and it locks on foil.


I dont find much gold hunting old sites, sure is fun when it shows up

That is a real sharp looking ring and 14k to boot. Looks like that idea paid off. The penny is in great shape. Nice hunt. HH.

Very nice finds - too bad about the concrete.
I think 14 K anything is a nice find, and it looks like you might have enough of a hallmark to locate the maker (and maybe the era).

I guess not finding silver isn't so bad. Good score Kevin.
