I got out to my old beach today, the cold wind was miserable. Before long the Tiger gave off that little growl that usually means deep gold and wouldn't you know it, this one was in the scoop.



Anyway, here's the contents of my keeper pouch, a few targets today. More kids rings and a couple of older silver coins, a 1912 little nickel and a 1938 dime. The silvers are in bad shape.



I got this one too....foreign coin of some sort. Not sure but kinda neat.

Great looking ring Craig. That is a treasure spot site you have there. Nice hunt. The coin is oriental and some of them date back pretty far. Good luck. HH.

Wow your doing good on the gold Craig, thats a chinese penny and most coins found here in the west date from 1700ish to 1880-90 i have found maybe a couple hundred or so & most are around those dates

Thats a very sweet old gold ring Craig. Let us know what the Hallmarks date it to I'm going to guess 1930ish.
