I am a retired educator recently transplanted from Saskatchewan to S. Alberta (Okotoks). Have done a lot of detecting but a number of years ago. Just purchased a Tesoro Tiger Shark to go with my old reliable Garrett Freedom Coin Shooter and hope to get back into the hobby here in AB. Spend a lot of time on the golf course however, but will definitely be getting out to detect when I have some spare time.

I am new here and just wanted to stop in and say hello to everyone.
I have been detecting for 5 seasons with still lots to learn and love to hobby more and more and I am the owner of a Garrett ACE 250 and will soon be the owner of a White's MXT 300.
I enjoy reading about the finds that others have found and their stories, as it passes the time during the long winter days, and I look forward to posting a few thing that I find in the up coming Season 6 in the spring.

Well thats all I got for now, I will go and check out the rest of the forum and hope to chat and check out everyones findings...
